This is a presentation of the southernmost part of Montenegro. It has been made for people who would like to spend their holidays in Montenegro and for people who would like to invest in Montenegro.
Our village is close to Ulcinj, we are 1.5km from the seashore. Our beach is a beatiful sandy beach.
The seashore itself is a 13 km long sand beach, the biggest beach on the Adriatic. Most of those 13 km. is not urbanized. It is unpolluted and is perfect to enjoy the sun, sand and water. If it is privacy and solitude you desire, you can always find some part of the seashore without people. Some 3 km. from our house ( or 2 km. from our beach) the river Bojana flows into the sea . The most beautiful restaurants are traiditional ones on the banks of the river, not far away from the sea. Between the river and the sea there is a tiny island with a campsite, where you could ride horses, play voleyball, eat a delicious lunch, or just enjoy both the sea and the river.
If you get bored of the sand, 15 km. away there are some rocky shores.
The town Ulicnj is also of historical interest. Ulcinj is more than 2000 years old. Eastern and Western cultures have been mixing for centuries and you can feel the influences of both cultures all around you. Ulcinj is a place where the faiths meet: Catholicism, Islam, Orthodox Christian, all coexisting in tolerance and peace.
